Hey guyz!kaise hai aap log toh aaj hum baat karenge ki aapko daily kitne BANANAS consume karne chahiye.Agar aapka goal MUSCLE BUILDING YA FAT LOSS karna hai.
BANANAS Generally HIGH CARBS ka source hote hai kyonki ek normal size banana mai 25G CARBS hote hai.So,Yeh aapki carbs ki requirement pe depend karta hai aapko kitne BANANAS consume karne chahiye.

HOW TO CALCULATE CARB REQUIREMENT:- Agar aapko 2500 kcal chahiye toh aap usme se 60% calories aapki carbs mai se aani chahiye(1G CARB=4KCAL)
Is se aapki requirement 375G ho gyi
MUSCLE BUILDING:-For ex-agar
aapki carbs ki requirement 375G hai(2500kcal DIET)hai toh usme se 100-125g carbs(4-5BANANAS) agar aap bananas mai se loge toh wo acha rahega.
FAT LOSS:-For ex-agar
aapki carbs ki requirement 300 G(2000KCAL DIET) Hai toh usme se (50-75G)Yani 2-3 bananas kha sakte ho.
BASIC YEH HAI KI MUSCLE BUILDING MAI (4-5) OR FAT LOSS MAI (2-3) BANANAS AAP CONSUME KAR SAKTE HO.
