  1. Brother, I just want to thank you for this new way of life. I start watching you April 23 of this year. And immediately started IF.
    I’ve lost 16lbs since then. I can’t be happier.
My wife is now onboard. I do OMAD. Abs that works great for me. I just received my IF tee shirt from you. And couldn’t wait to wear it to work. A coworker recognized it and your channel.
    Thanks again.
I love those tee shirts you rock. Where do you get them?

  2. Hello, I started my own program to lose fat 2 days ago, which is this:
    Non-Fast day:
    3:30pm > Lunch
    7:30pm > Dinner
    8pm > Weight training
    (20:4)
    Fast-Day:
    Water throughout the day

This is then repeated throughout the week. I’ll be measuring weight lost at the end of each week, and I would like to know if you guys think this is an efficient way to hopefully lose fat, I have had experience with IF before and don’t think the 20:4 has ever affected me much. Any advice/tips would be much appreciated. Also, whenever I have a weight session, after successfully finishing x sets of a particular routine, I do 45 seconds of active rest, where I do sometimes Ropes or Jumping Jack’s, followed by 1 min of actual rest, before moving on to next, is this something people do?
