Ankle weight kick-backs are a great exercise to get a more lifted rounder butt. They also teach you how to correctly activate your glutes. But its important you do them right.

  1. Loved it. I do have a question though. Whenever I do this, I always feel the most pain on the leg that’s on the floor, not as much pain on the actual leg that’s being bent. IDK why its happening. I do feel the burn on my bum, but I feel actual pain on the knee and leg that’s on the floor. Why would that be? I’m 25 so I’m not old, I shouldn’t feel that pain, or should I?
