Challenge your balance as well as your core with this 10 minute standing Pilates workout. It’s much harder than it looks! I created it especially for you after the popularity of my other standing workout. These exercises will work your spine in all directions to help it feel more flexible and strong, you’ll do stretches as well as exercises to tone your thighs and glutes and I’ve included some new exercises to really challenge your balance. I’ve also added a standing core work for the first time, let me know what you think!
You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It’s a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Enjoy!
